Welcome to our platform. By using our website, booking a trial, or participating in any session, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

We provide visual comic-based Python learning sessions, live coaching, and practice resources. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content.

2. Trial Session (₹299)

• The ₹299 trial includes one (1) live comic-based Python session (approx. 20–30 minutes), MCQ practice, and coach support.
• The trial is offered at a promotional price and is limited to one per person.
• If you are not satisfied with the trial, we offer a full refund of ₹299 – no questions asked (see refund policy).

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via UPI, card, or net banking.
• Refund requests for the trial must be made within 7 days of the session. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• For full-course purchases, a separate refund policy applies (contact us at support@learnpython.in).

4. Access & Conduct

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access our content and sessions.
• You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any comic materials, recordings, or practice content without explicit permission.
• During live sessions, you are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches and other participants.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any).
